Lila Alcazar is the daughter of the late Lorenzo Alcazar and Skye Chandler. She was born on-screen October 23, 2006. She has one older sibling, her late paternal half-brother Diego Alcazar.
2000's:[]
Skye and Lorenzo had only been together a short time when Skye learned that she was pregnant. Skye was shocked as she believed that she could have children. During Skye's pregnancy the relationship falls apart as Skye's fears for the life of unborn child's life because of Lorenzo's mob lifestyle, so very pregnant Skye leaves town.
Lorenzo later tracks down Skye just as she is about to give birth. With help from Lucas Lorenzo "Luke" Spencer Sr. and Robert Scorpio help deliver Lila. Lorenzo, Skye and Lila return to Port Charles. The three try to be a family but Lorenzo is later murdered because of his mob activity in May 2007. Skye and Lila then leave Port Charles in January 2008. The pair end up in London.

Skye and Lila briefly return to town November 2012, when Skye's adoptive grandfather Edward Quartermaine dies. The two hang around for a few weeks but return to London.
