Character History:

Background:

Aiden Spencer is the son of Lucas Lorenzo "Lucky" Spencer Jr. and Elizabeth Webber. He was born on July 19, 2010. Aiden has two older half-brothers Cameron Webber and Jacob "Jake" Spencer. When Elizabeth became pregnant she was unsure if Lucky or his half-brother Nikolas Cassadine was his father. Elizabeth has been having an affair with Elizabeth when she was engaged to Lucky. A DNA test revealed that the child was Nikolas, however Nikolas's grandmother Helena Romanov changed the test because of her ongoing feud with the Spencer family.

2010's:

When Elizabeth gave birth the her son, Nikolas was believed to be the father and they named him Aiden Alexi Niklosovich Cassadine. As Aiden got older, Elizabeth begun to think that Lucky was Aiden's because started to look like Lucky. Elizabeth ran a secret DNA test on Aiden which revealed that Lucky was infact the the father however on the night that Elizabeth found out that Jake was hit by a car and was presumed to have died. A few months later the truth is revealed and Aiden's name is changed. Nikolas then leaves town.

In December 2011, Aiden was diagnosed with Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura but recovered after a blood transfusion from his aunt Lesley Lu "Lulu" Spencer. Lucky later leaves town. Elizabeth continues to raise Cameron and Aiden with Lucky staying in contact with the boys.

In July 2015, Lucky returned to to town and was reunited with Aiden. Lucky brought an alive Jake with him.
